5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Magic Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Force majeure events are excluded from service level guarantees.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments, and we will provide reasonable assistance for data export.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Soft Magic Company is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
